All structural changes to a unit must be approved in writing by ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW before work can proceed.
"Structural change" means any alteration that penetrates a wall, ceiling, or floor.
In general, the more extensive the alteration proposed, the more stringent the requirements to gain approval become, and correspondingly, the less likely that approval can be granted.
