Following up, I went on Nextdoor and asked about favorite dentists in the nearby neighborhood. The top three in popularity (all tied, shown in alpha order) were -- Lovejoy Dental -- Pettygrove Dental -- Uptown Family Dental Any Vaux residents have good experience with any of these three offices? Please share . . .

Thanks for this thread. We're new at the Vaux and wanted some help with the floors. Here's our experience: We reached out Decca (503-233-8533) on the flooring - the current owner Lahm came by and was quite helpful. We decided not to have the floor refinished. Decided to have a "buff and clean" job done - was done in about 6 hours - floors look a lot better. They strongly push for us to use only the Bona cleaning system on the floors (apparently a previous owner in our unit had used "murphy oil" or something similar and it was not good for the floor surface).
