When You Spot Trouble

07/11/19 – Overall, The Vaux, its mechanical operations, its buildings, and its grounds, are all in good shape. Now and then, however, something happens that requires immediate attention. An elevator fails, say; or something goes wrong with fob access; maybe a fire alarm goes off; or uh-oh, water pipes spring a leak.

If you notice a problem that needs an urgent fix, check our Service Contacts page. Unless the buildings are burning or drowning, your first thought should be a call to Kin Living, our property managers. They are in charge of maintaining our condo.
