Water Feature Repairs Get Underway

11/29/16 – After many months of diligent attempts, The Vaux Board has finally found a competent contractor willing to take on the task of repairing and refurbishing our buildings' two water features.

O'Duin Construction LLC (who recently replaced our lobby tile) has already begun the work, which is expected to take three months to complete (barring unforseen problems). The lump-sum cost is $83,000.
