Vaux Litigation Letter

12/19/16 – When litigation hangs over a condo, it may affect sales. Although The Vaux is not the target of any lawsuit, the HOA's suit to recover piping replacement costs from Victaulic will be with us for quite a while. Owners who have prospective buyers can release a Board-approved letter to them, explaining our position and verifying our safe and solid status.
