Urgent Maintenance Procedure

08/20/15 – Recently the Raleigh entrance lock failed. At night. After business hours. An obvious security problem. The door was soon repaired, but the incident generated some confusion about dealing with high-priority matters. When residents discover urgent maintenance issues, the thing to do is check our Service Contacts page and follow the appropriate lead found there.
