Traffic Lights On Raleigh!

10/05/15 – As of October 1, the traffic lights that were installed two months ago at Raleigh & 23rd (and bagged since) are now operating. For those of us attempting to cross 23rd Avenue in our cars, no longer must we rely on hasty left and right turns that leave oncoming drivers and pedestrians gasping.
