The Vaux's 2020 Budget

12/20/19 - The 2020 budget for The Vaux is out and delivered to our owners. It proposes an 8.28% rise in expenditures and, consequently, an equal increase in our Association fees.

Why the jump (a bigger one than usual)? Operating expenses will only rise a modest 2.27%, but the Board wants to fortify our reserve fund (still anemic after replumbing our water supply) in anticipation of major expenses to come down the line.
