The Vaux Budget for 2023

11/22/22 – At last week's Board of Directors meeting, the budget for 2023 was approved at $1,128,503. That's $117,369 dollars over 2022 expenditures, an increase of approximately 11%.

Where is the money going? The Vaux Board strives to be frugal, but costs our Condo Association doesn't control are rapidly escalating. Notable increases – insurance, property management, maintenance services, utilities, and the need to front-load our reserve fund to make some money from newly positive interest rates.
