Rental Vote Fails

02/17/16 – The minimum term for renting a unit @ The Vaux is no less than one month. The proposal to amend the bylaws to increase the minimum term to six months did not pass. 75% of Vaux owners must approve a bylaw change, and less than 75% bothered to vote. As a result the votes did not even have to be tallied yea or nay.
