Pet Care Reminder

01/31/22 – Every now and then one may observe urine running down the sidewalk from the pillars of our building entrances. Every now and then one may see feces in the courtyard.

This is a reminder:

• Residents' pets must always be leashed on Vaux property, inside and out.

• Residents' pets should not be allowed to relieve themselves anywhere within Vaux common areas – outside our gates, in our courtyard, in our garage, in lobbies and halls, and anywhere near our main entrances.

The neighborhood rule to follow when in doubt – pets use the sidewalk and out.
