After ten years, much has changed. The landscaping has matured, owners have bought and sold, many of us have replaced appliances and made improvements to our units . . . stoves, plumbing, lighting fixtures, flooring, carpets, cabinets and book cases.
As a way of generating some important institutional knowledge, The Vaux Communications Committee is now conducting a survey of all owners to develop a sense of how the materials of our tenure have endured.
Look for a PDF form via email from CMI. Please fill it out, online or on paper, and mail it back. Once the results are tabulated we'll know just how many Whirlpool ovens have failed, and what sorts of improvements are favored.
