New Lobby Tile

08/17/16 – The tile replacement project is complete in the Raleigh building. Work in the Savier building resumes soon. The upgrade in style and materials has produced brighter lobbies and elevator tiles that will be hard to crack. The cost? About $26,000, or roughly $180 per unit.

UPDATE: 08/31/16 – The total cost to design and install = $61,282; about $425 per unit on average.
