New Board Member

08/02/17 – At the previous general meeting, Larry Emery resigned his post as a member of The Vaux Board of Directors, after skillfully stewarding the Vaux Condominiums Owners Association for nearly all ten years of its existence.

Tonight, at a special meeting, the Board voted to appoint Ron Bergman to fill out Larry Emery's term. Mr. Bergman has a professional background in civic governance, including service here in Portland.

The Board will reorganize itself to define each member's role at their next meeting.
