intruder Alert

10/04/17 – Today our onsite porter found a man inside The Vaux garage lurking in a dumpster. When confronted, he ran away, claiming he had permission to be there. This has happened before, and thefts have occurred in the garage. Non-residents should never be anywhere on Vaux premises unless they are invited guests. Residents should never jeopardize the safety of Vaux residents or the security of garaged vehicles by allowing outsiders in to pick up recyclables for the cash return.

Recently a man and woman attempted to enter another CMI property by claiming to be CMI employees. Real CMI employees do not need any assistance to enter our buildings. If anyone calls from one of the kiosks at The Vaux lobby doors making the same kind of claim, be wary
