10/04/22 – Effective November 1, 2022, The Vaux building insurance deductible will increase from $10,000 to $25,000.
In the unlikely event of an Association claim made on damage from a single owner's unit, that owner will be on the hook for all of the deductible. Please upgrade your personal homeowner insurance to include coverage that will protect you from the cost of such a calamity. (This may entail finding a new insurance carrier.)
