HVAC Maintenance @ The Vaux

05/20/16 – Each Vaux unit comes with a furnace and air conditioner. Both work hard, and both require occasional maintenance. Early detection of coolant leakage, for example, might forestall total coolant replacement, saving something like $1000.


American Heating, which does a lot of work at The Vaux, offers a maintenance program. They will undertake to make twice yearly inspections, change filters, and make minor repairs for a reasonable annual fee.


NOTE: Other vendors will perform the same tasks, but American Heating is authorized to access our roof, and other contractors require CMI supervision, resulting in an additional charge to individual owners.
