Essential Garage Maintenance

05/01/22 – For the first time in its 15-year history, The Vaux garage will be power washed, and the parking spaces will be re-striped May 17 - 20.

In order to accomplish this important operation as quickly and thoroughly as possible, the work will be performed in 2 phases:

Blue Phase May 17-19

All vehicles must vacate the garage before 6:00 PM May 17

Vehicles may return after 6:00 PM May 19

Pink phase May 18-20

All vehicles must vacate the garage before 6:00 pm May 18

Vehicles may return after 6:00 PM May 20

Residents still have a couple of weeks to plan their escape.
