Dust @ The Vaux

06/12/22 – Northwest Portland is a dusty environment, and we experience this within our condo units. Dust everywhere – especially in units facing Raleigh and Savier streets.

The ordinary filters usually found installed in our overhead furnaces are rated at 300. They hardly trap dust at all. Try installing filters rated 1500 or even 2200, and be sure to change them every 3 months.

You will notice less dust.
