09/02/21 – Mandatory maintenance of 2nd and 3rd floor decks begins on September 13. Please be sure your deck is completely empty of all items in order for this important work to proceed.
The scope of work is twofold:
● Resurface the decks to prevent future leaks;
● Touch up the black metal railings to prevent future rust;
Each deck will be out of service to its attached unit for a period of 5 or 6 days.
First floor patios are not included because the surfaces are concrete; likewise the fourth floor, because the surfaces are pavers.
