03/10/22 – John Kirkpatrick, a convicted burglar who is most likely one of the intruders plaguing The Vaux, submitted a guilty plea in court on March 3.

This from the District Attorney's office:

Mr. Kirkpatrick was sentenced to 38 months in prison. He is currently in prison serving 26 months and will serve an additional 12. He plead guilty to a burglary I, attempt

burglary I and a burglary II.
