Clarifying Maintenance Rules @ The Vaux

11/19/14 – The Board of Directors is considering a clarification of maintenance responsibilities @ The Vaux — what problems should the Association be taking care of, and what should fall on individual owners.
Action is expected at the next Board meeting. In particular, the issue of doors and windows will be settled. Under current bylaws, windows belong to the Association, but doors belong to owners.
Rule changes, if adopted, will be consequential: if you are concerned, please be sure to attend the meeting on December 2 @ Friendly House, 26th & Thurman.
