Annual Meeting Results

04/24/12 – The Annual Owners Meeting was held last night, and although less than a dozen owners appeared in person, enough had submitted proxies so that a quorum was reached. Business was duly conducted, and two important actions were taken. First, a decision was made to set in motion a process that, if approved by 75% of the owners, will result in con- verting The Vaux into a non-smoking establishment. Second, Michael Martin was nominated to join the Board, then he and current members Sara Burton and Sasha Welford were elected to new two year terms by acclamation.
