2014 Budget — Fees Unchanged

11/08/13 – The Vaux budget for 2014 has been hammered out, and it was approved by the Board at its November 6 meeting. Our condo is in good shape, but, like all large enteprises, it costs a lot to run — $648,000 is the amount projected for next year. Thanks to the unexpected efficiency with which the Parklex panels have been replaced, and to the fortuitous sale of Unit 215, 2013 revenue will produce a surplus of about $180,000, and our VOA fees will remain unchanged next year.
