Nancy La Voie  is our Community Manager.  She is in charge of The Vaux, along with 14 other properties.  She was a CMI client before she joined the company 10 years ago.  In her off time, she loves to travel and is an avid quilter.

Angelina Kuzmenko  is our Community Administrator.   She's the go-to contact to schedule moves, process fob requests, rental applications, and most other everyday issues.   During her rare off hours she enjoys biking, skiing, local shops, gelato, and spicy food.

David Berg  is our Community Maintenance Coordinator.   He has worked at CMI for 5 years, identifying, analyzing, and supervising improvements and repairs at The Vaux and 4 other properties.  He recently finished building his first house in Ridgefield, WA.

Vasiliy Buliga  is our Onsite Porter.  He took over from Kathy Sweet at the end of January 2012, but he's been employed by CMI for more than 3 years. "Vas" came to America from Ukraine in 1997, and CMI is a Buliga family affair; his father and sister also work there.
