Hal Barwood, Chairman, is a veteran videogame designer and writer.  Years ago he was also a Hollywood screenwriter.  Originally from New Hampshire, he journeyed west to see Disneyland and attend USC Film School.  Children and grandchildren brought him to Oregon.

Sara Burton, Secretary, is a location scout for motion picture, commercials, and still photo shoots. She's a small business owner (GirlScout Locations & On Par Production Services), a Portland native, and University of Oregon Alumna.

Larry Emery, Director, is a retired Federal executive, a self-employed management consultant in the public sector, and a US Army Veteran.  Personal interests include family, friends, fishing, camping, and travel.

William F. Meyer, Treasurer, is the President and CEO of Strategic Group, a Portland financial services company.  He is a graduate of Portland State University, with interests in WWII history, fly-fishing, and two wineries of which he is part-owner.

Sasha Welford, Director, is a residential broker with Debbie Thomas Real Estate.  "I joined the board because I love our building and enjoy the process of working together with my neighbors to keep it beautiful and running smoothly."
