The Building & Grounds Committee,  in conjunction with our property manager, oversees the integrity and maintenance of all of The Vaux's major and minor parts, including the entire physical structure, the exterior grounds, and the heating, air-conditioning, electrical, and plumbing systems.  In matters of routine maintenance it acts on its own authority.  In the case of more serious matters it reports to the Board of Directors for their consideration and action.
