The Architectural Review Subcommittee  examines requests received by our property manager for structural changes to Vaux units -- all of which require approval before work can proceed.   Members then decide whether the work proposed conforms to Vaux standards.   Currently the Board of Directors fills this role.   (For further information see The Vaux Remodel Policy.)
